The whole experience was such great from start to finish, would be happy to recommend. This property was fairly clean and incredibly beautiful. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The room was super, nicely furnished with massive windows. The location in a great area was good and perfect. Al Salamah district was worth visiting.

The room had a seating area, iron with ironing board, and a work desk - really enjoyed that. The room had a nice decor. The hotel's location in Jeddah was good, close to other restaurants like Crowne Plaza, Park Hyatt, and Mall of Arabia.

Room for improvement - Some guests were smoking in the rooms, which affected the air quality, but the front desk staff were cooperative and tried to address the issue.

The pool on the roof was refreshing and the gym had enough equipment to get in a workout. the breakfast buffet was tasty with a variety of options. the location was great as it was close to shopping and restaurants.

The suite was outdated and in need of a renovation. the stains on the furniture were off-putting and the lack of natural light made the room feel stuffy.
